　　东盟与中日韩(ASEAN+3)正处于日益复杂的全球环境之中，全球经济碎片化加剧，地缘政治波动上升。得益于稳健的宏观经济基本面，本地区迄今展现出较强韧性。然而，前景仍面临挑战。尤其是，在疫情以来大规模财政支持已被广泛动用的背景下，东盟与中日韩经济体如何在不确定性高企的外部环境中维持这种韧性。

　　“东盟与中日韩区域经济展望与财政政策研讨会”将于7月2日在北京举行，本次会议由中国人民大学国际金融学院、东盟与中日韩宏观经济研究办公室(AMRO)与中国新闻网共同主办，中国人民大学财政金融学院、中国人民大学国家金融研究院与中国人民大学国际货币研究所(IMI)联合主办，会议主题将围绕“全球不确定性下的东盟与中日韩地区经济展望”展开。届时，会议将从宏观经济和财政政策两个视角，探讨如何应对全球不确定性。AMRO将介绍其对区域经济前景和风险的评估，并围绕日益不确定的外部环境展开讨论。会议还将安排有关东盟与中日韩财政发展的专题介绍，并讨论政策制定者如何应对结构性经济与财政压力。

　　The “Seminar on ASEAN+3 Regional Economic Outlook and Fiscal Policy” will be held in Beijing on July 2, 2026. This Seminar is hosted by School of International Finance, Renmin University of China, ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO) and China News Network, co-hosted by School of Finance, National Academy of Financial Research and International Monetary Institute (IMI)， Renmin University of China. Under the theme of “Regional Economic Prospects of ASEAN+3 under Global Uncertainties”， the Seminar will examine how to respond to rising global uncertainties from both macroeconomic and fiscal policy perspectives. AMRO will present its assessment of the regional economic outlook and key risks, followed by discussions on the increasingly external uncertainties. The Seminar will also arrange presentations on fiscal developments in the ASEAN+3 region and explore how policymakers address structural economic and fiscal pressures.
